What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please visit our returns portal to initiate a request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all AHLEM products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be changed.
